Please tell Mayor Rob Ford and TTC Chair Karen Stintz that we need MORE and
BETTER public transit, NOT LESS!

(PDF) the TTC decided to "reallocate" service on 41 TTC bus routes despite the
objections expressed by hundreds of TTCriders from all across Toronto. Unfortunately, these bus service cuts come into effect
this weekend! You can see a full list of the effected bus
routes below. On the TTC's
website these changes are referred to as "periodic adjustments... to better meet
customer needs." This statement echoes sentiments shared by TTC Chair Karen
Stintz after more than 100 transit users showed up to argue against these cuts.
Councillor Stintz argues that these cuts were for “the greater good for riders."

5 Avenue Rd - Service reduction
There will be no service after approximately 10:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday,
and no service after approximately 7:00 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays, and
holidays.
6 Bay - Service reduction
There will be no service after approximately 10:00 p.m. on Sundays and holidays.
8 Broadview - Service reduction
There will be no service after approximately 10:00 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays
and holidays.
9 Bellamy - Service reduction
There will be no service after approximately 10:00 p.m. from Monday to Saturday.
There will be no service after approximately 7:00 p.m. on Sundays and holidays.
14 Glencairn - Service reduction
There will be no service after approximately 10:00 p.m., every day.
15 Evans - Service reduction
There will be no service after approximately 10:00 p.m. on Sundays and holidays.
20 Cliffside - Service reduction
There will be no service after approximately 10:00 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays,
and holidays
26 Dupont - Service reduction
There will be no service after approximately 10:00 p.m., every day.
30 Lambton - Service reduction
There will be no service after approximately 10:00 p.m. on Sundays and holidays.
32 Eglinton West - Service reduction
There will be no 32D (Eglinton West Station-Jane & Emmett) service after
approximately 10:00 p.m. from Monday to Saturday, and no service after
approximately 7:00 p.m. on Sundays and holidays. There will be no 32A (Eglinton
Station-Renforth & Skymark) service west of Renforth on Saturdays. Service
will be operated instead on the 32 (Eglinton Station-Renforth) branch. There
will be no change to service on other parts of the route
33 Forest Hill - Service reduction
There will be no service after approximately 7:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday,
and no service at all on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
42 Cummer - Service reduction
There will be no 42A (Finch Station-Middlefield) service east of Kennedy Road
after 10:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday, no service at all east of Kennedy Road
on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Instead use 42B (Finch Station-Kennedy)
branch, west of Kennedy Road only.
43 Kennedy - Service reduction
There will be no 43B (Kennedy Station-Scarborough Centre Station via Progress)
service after approximately 10:00 p.m. from Monday to Saturday and no service at
all on Sundays and holidays. At these times service will be provided only on the
43 (Kennedy Station-Steeles) branch.
51 Leslie - Service reduction
There will be no service after approximately 10:00 p.m. on Sundays and holidays.
56 Leaside - Service reduction
There will be no service after approximately 10:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday,
and none after 7PM Saturday, Sunday & Holiday
59 Maple Leaf - Service reduction
There will be no service after approximately 10:00 p.m. on Sundays and
holidays
61 Avenue Rd North - Service reduction
There will be no service after approximately 10:00 p.m. on Sundays and holidays.
62 Mortimer - Service reduction
There will be no service after approximately 10:00 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays,
and holidays.
73 Royal York - Service reduction
There will be no 73B (Royal York Station-Eglinton & La Rose Ave) service
after approximately 7:00 p.m., every day. At these times, service will continue
to operate on the 73C (Royal York Station-Claireport via Albion Rd) branch.
74 Mt Pleasant - Service reduction
There will be no service after approximately 7:00 p.m., every day.
76 Royal York South - Service reduction
There will be no 76B (Royal York Station-Queensway & Grand Ave) service
after approximately 10:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday, no service at all on
Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. At these times, service will continue to
operate on the 76 (Royal York Station-Lake Shore) branch on Royal York Road,
Lake Shore Boulevard, and Mimico Avenue.
80 Queensway - Service reduction
There will be no service east of Humber Loop after 10:00 p.m. from Monday to
Friday, and no service east of Humber Loop on Sundays and holidays. At these
times, service will operate on the 80B QUEENSWAY (Humber-Sherway) branch,
between Humber Loop and Sherway. There will be no service on the entire route
after 10:00 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
86 Scarborough - Service elimination
There will be no 86D (Kennedy Station-Beechgrove via Lawrence) service after
approximately 7:00 p.m. from Monday to Saturday, and no service at all on
Sundays and holidays. At these times, service will continue to operate on the 86
(Kennedy Station-Sheppard) branch on Eglinton Avenue, Kingston Road, and
Meadowvale Avenue.
94 Wellesley - Service reduction
There will be no service west of Wellesley Station after 10:00 p.m. on Sundays
and holidays. At these times service will be provided on the 94C (Castle Frank
Station-Wellesley Station) branch, between Castle Frank Station and Wellesley
Station.
96 Wilson - Service elimination
There will be no 96F (Wilson Station-Tandridge) service after approximately
10:00 p.m., every day. There will be no 96C (Wilson Station-Thistledown &
Tandridge) service after approximately 7:00 p.m. on Sundays and holidays.
98 Willowdale-Senlac - Service reduction
There will be no service east of Sheppard-Yonge Station after approximately
10:00 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. At these times, service will be
provided only on the 98A (Sheppard-Yonge Station-Peckham via Senlac) branch,
west of Sheppard-Yonge Station.
103 Mt Pleasant North - Service reduction
There will be no service after approximately 10:00 p.m. on Sundays and holidays.
105 Dufferin North - Service reduction
There will be no service after approximately 10:00 p.m. on Sundays and holidays.
112 West Mall - Service reduction
There will be no 112C (Kipling Station-Disco Rd) service after approximately
10:00 p.m. on Saturdays, with no service after approximately 7:00 p.m. on
Sundays and holidays. At these times service will be provided on the 112A
(Kipling Station-Eglinton) branch, between Kipling Station and Eglinton Avenue.
115 Silver Hills - Service reduction
There will be no service after approximately 10:00 p.m., every day.
116 Morningside - Service reduction
There will be no 116A/E (Kennedy Station-UofT Scarborough/Conlins) service after
approximately 10:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday, no service at all on Saturdays,
Sundays, and holidays. At these times service will continue to be provided by
the 116 (Kennedy Station-Finch) branch.
120 Calvington - Service reduction
There will be no service after approximately 10:00 p.m., every day.
124 Sunnybrook - Service reduction
There will be no service after approximately 10:00 p.m. on Sundays and holidays.
127 Davenport - Service reduction
There will be no service after approximately 10:00 p.m. on Sundays and holidays.
132 Milner - Service reduction
There will be no service after approximately 10:00 p.m. on Sundays and holidays.
135 Gerrard - Service reduction
There will be no service after approximately 10:00 p.m. on Saturdays. There will
be no service after approximately 7:00 p.m. on Sundays and holidays.
162 Lawrence-Donway - Service reduction
There will be no service after approximately 7:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday,
and no service at all on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
167 Pharmacy - Service reduction
There will be no service after approximately 7:00 p.m. from Monday to Saturday,
and no service at all on Sundays and holidays.
169 Hungtingwood - Service reduction
There will be no service after approximately 7:00 p.m., Sundays and holidays.
Service after 10:00 p.m., Monday-Friday, service after approximately 7:00 p.m.
Saturdays, and service from approximately 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Sundays and
holidays will be replaced west of Victoria Park Avenue by the 10 VAN HORNE
route, operating every 20 to 30 minutes. At these times there will be no service
east of Victoria Park Avenue on Huntingwood Drive or Commander Boulevard.
