The line is set to open in a few months, and the PAN AM games is this Summer. In other words this is a golden opportunity to do outreach and engage the community to achieve positive change.

We have already got a discount for Airport workers and the Provincial Government has committed to electrification within 10 years. Is that enough? Of course not. But it tells us that activism works.
