March with us on Labour Day

The TTC belongs to Toronto. We pay for it through our TTC fares and our property taxes. The TTC has owned, operated, and maintained Toronto's public transit system since 1921.

But Premier Doug Ford is planning to break apart the TTC and upload the subway to the province. His plan will mean less say for riders, higher fares, and opens the TTC up to privatization.

Send a message to Premier Ford

Transit workers and transit riders are coming together to stop the subway upload. Join TTCriders, Amalgamated Transit Union Local 113, and CUPE Local 2 at the 2018 Labour Day Parade to march for public transit.

RSVP to march with us!

Meet at the corner of Queen St. and York St. at 9:00am sharp at the TTC streetcar for the launch. Parade leaves at 9:30am.
