Fair Pass Program: Take the Survey

Do you receive OW or ODSP? Please complete our survey about the Fair Pass transit discount program before November 15th.

Information from this survey will be used to understand how well the City of Toronto Fair Pass Program is working. We will advocate for changes to the program and its implementation based on our findings. We will also advocate for what is necessary to ensure people, especially those living on low income, can afford to ride the TTC and can get where they need to go.

Complete the survey online or download the print version.

Please complete the survey by November 15, 2018.

Sign up for the Fair Pass transit discount

The transit discount is for eligible adult residents receiving Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) or Ontario Works (OW) assistance who are not in receipt of any transportation supports equal to or greater than $100.

After you apply, if you are eligible you will receive a Presto card that you must load. You'll save $1.00 on a single TTC adult fare or $30.75 on a TTC adult monthly pass.

Letter & Survey: TTC must exchange expired tokens and tickets

Do you still have TTC tokens or paper senior/student tickets or day passes? The TTC has announced that they will stop accepting TTC tokens and paper tickets after December 31, 2024. But the TTC will not be issuing exchanges. This is unfair to people who have saved up tokens and tickets, especially low-income seniors. Gift cards and permanent stamps never expire --  why are transit fares any different?
