The TTC has implement service cuts on 39 transit routes which will disproportionately impact marginalized communities. Monica from TTCriders states that these service cuts will only lead to a decrease in ridership, ultimately resulting in more cuts and poor service and affirms that adequate funding is needed from the government. Concerns regarding safety on riders' commutes has also grown with increased waiting times.
