Councillor Mihevc Opposes TTC Service Cuts

Check out the excellent message we got from Councillor Joe Mihevc in response to our letter:

Hi,

Thank you for your letter stating your desire for a strong and healthy TTC.

I oppose cutting TTC services and I will advocate increasing services during this time of increasing ridership.

There are a number of ways that you can stay engaged with TTC issues.

On November 9th and 10thToronto Talks Mobility, a public forum and mobility symposium, will be held at City Hall and Artscape Wychwood Barns. These events will be excellent opportunities for interested parties to come together to talk about creative solutions to the challenges of growing our public transportation infrastructure here in Toronto. Follow this link for more information:

Another opportunity to stay engaged would be with TTCriders, an advocacy group that gives transit riders a voice. There is a growing movement of concerned citizens like you. To stay active on the issues, I would encourage you to contact this organization http://www.ttcriders.ca

Let's keep the TTC the best it can be!

Sincerely,

Councillor Joe Mihevc

Ward 21, St. Paul's West Thank you Joe! Thanks for supporting more and better public transit for Toronto!
