We're in favour of the McNicoll Bus Garage because it will help bring frequent bus service to Scarborough
The Scarborough Mirror asked us for our feedback to the McNicoll Bus Garage town
hall. We said we're in favour of this project because it will bring more
frequent bus service to North East Scarborough. From the article:
TTCriders spokesperson Brenda Thompson who attended the rally said concerns
about the proposed garage were overblown and building it will allow for better
transit service in the area.
“I do think it’s a bit of an overreaction,” said Thompson. “I don’t think the garage is going to be this overwhelmingly negative thing (the coalition) is making it out to be.”
