"A strong TTC requires stable, long-term funding from all levels of government and the operational independence to make decisions based on rider needs, not politics.
A key part of my campaign platform is free TTC transit for seniors. Many seniors live on fixed incomes and rely on public transit to access healthcare, essential services, and community programs. Making transit free for seniors is both an affordability and mobility issue.
As Councillor, I will advocate for a well-funded, safe, accessible, and reliable TTC, while securing the funding needed to improve service and make transit more affordable for those who depend on it most."
