"I support making transit more affordable, but we need to get there responsibly. Toronto’s fare policy should be part of a regional agreement and a phased plan, so riders can move across the region without facing a patchwork of fares and caps. We also have to protect the TTC’s financial sustainability and the reliable service riders depend on. I will continue to push for better value for riders, while making sure every change is financially responsible and coordinated with our regional partners."
