Reliability would be one of my highest TTC priorities. Riders should not have to routinely plan around slow zones, unpredictable waits or poorly communicated disruptions. I support faster repairs, stronger state-of-good-repair investment, more frequent service and meaningful transit priority where the evidence supports it. I would not, however, pre-approve every RapidTO design without reviewing its effects on the surrounding community and transportation network.
