I answered "no" to questions 8 and 9 because I cannot commit to voting in favour without a detailed proposal that includes public consultation. It would be important for me to first consult local residents on the establishment of any new RapidTO routes in my ward. I support the concept, given there is appropriate consultation and community engagement on the issue.
