Scarborough RT canvass August 9th

The Scarborough RT is out of service! The TTC says it will take at least 3 weeks (until August 18 or later) to investigate the Scarborough RT derailment but we need solutions now to replace the RT!

Join us as we canvass RT shuttle bus riders to learn how much longer their commute has gotten and build momentum for:

1. Urgent installation of bus lanes and transit priority
2. Immediate provincial funding for free TTC-GO transfers
3. Fast-tracking and provincial funding to build a busway in the decommissioned RT corridor, which will save 10 minutes in each direction
4. An independent investigation and report into why the RT derailed and how we can make sure this never happens again

We will meet at the south east corner of Lawrence and Midland but may move as a group to other RT stops along the way! Please RSVP so we know to expect you.
