In response to Question 8 about RapidTO: "Yes, except for Kennedy Road and Midland Ave, where we are investing $93 million into the former SRT corridor to build the Bus Rapid Transit way, which will be operational on September 30th. We had promised the community and businesses that once the BRT was operational, the red lanes on Midland Ave and Kennedy Road would be removed. It was always in the plan! Promise made promise kept!"
