How To Vote
Who can vote
- 18+ years old
- a Canadian citizen
- a Toronto resident
What to bring
Any of the following documents to prove your address, or photo ID.
- Driver's License
- Ontario Health Card (with photo)
- Direct deposit statement for OW or ODSP
- utility bill for hydro, water, gas, telephone or cable
- Tax documents like a T4
- Lease/rental agreement/mortgage statement
- Transcript or report card
Vote on Election Day June 26th
Vote at your home voting location on Election Day June 26th. Find your home voting location by typing your address and name here.
Voting locations are open from 10:00AM to 8:00PM.
Do I need to be on the Voters' List?
You only need to be on the Voters' List if you are voting in person but it does make it faster. If you are not on the list you can add yourself to the list when you go to vote.
Check if you're on the list by visiting toronto.ca/myvote. Type in your address, name and date of birth. If you are not on the list, click ‘Register to vote’ to add your information.
