Draw the Line Rally & March

This event has already taken place.

While the government cuts services and billionaires profit, transit riders are stuck with failing infrastructure, unreliable service, and poor safety!

For people, peace, and the planet! Join TTCriders along with a coalition of organizations that are demanding the government take action by putting people and the environment first! Starting at 2pm at Yonge and Dundas Streets, join us for a march and at 4pm, we'll be at Queen's Park where there will be speakers and music.

Public transit is a climate solution. When transit is frequent, reliable, and affordable, more people will use it and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Despite transit being the more sustainable and efficient mode of transportation, transit systems all over Canada continue to languish due to underfunding and little political will to make realistic improvements. Public transportation moves far more people than other modes with only a fraction of the space required, and studies continue to show that proximity to transit improves and uplifts people's lives.

Let's show the government that transit riders want better transit, cleaner air, and safer streets!
