"Though great strides have been made to modernise the TTC system and to restore pre-pandemic ridership levels, Toronto can and must do more. Instead of the wait-and-see approach that our City's leaders often default to when unilateral decisions are forced onto the City by the provincial and federal governments, I intend to use the office of City Councillor to make sure that the TTC is managed according the needs of residents. This means speaking out against any unilateral provincial decisions made to the TTC immediately, rather than when it's too late."
