I would work with colleges, universities and student unions on affordable options that reflect students' different schedules and circumstances. I would also support a funded plan to complete the Fair Pass expansion, with clear timelines, simpler applications and better outreach to eligible residents. These measures must be backed by sustainable public funding that protects frequent, reliable service. Affordability and service quality need to improve together."
