"Accessibility should be built into every part of the TTC, not treated as an afterthought. I support continued improvements to station accessibility, elevators, buses, stops, wayfinding, and real-time information so that seniors, people with disabilities, and riders with mobility challenges can travel safely and independently.
I also believe reliability matters just as much as infrastructure. An accessible elevator or route is only useful if it is working when people need it, so maintenance, clear communication during outages, and timely repairs should remain a priority."
